In short

Your videos, songs and sounds stay on your computer. We never receive them.
No accounts, no ads, no tracking cookies, no analytics.
If you buy Creator, we process only what's needed to check your license and apply the refund policy.

1. Who is responsible

ALOISIO FORMENTO JUNIOR TECNOLOGIA DA INFORMACAO LTDA, CNPJ 62.585.774/0001-89, São Paulo, Brazil, is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: hello@ballgobounce.com.

2. What stays on your computer

BallGoBounce renders videos in your browser. The videos you make, the songs and sounds you upload and the text you type are processed only on your device and are never sent to us. Your browser also stores your license key locally (in local storage) so you stay on Creator.

3. What we process if you buy Creator

Purchase data (name, email, billing country, payment details): collected and processed by Creem, our payment partner and merchant of record, under Creem's privacy policy. We receive your name, email, plan and order details from Creem. We never see your full card number.
License checks: when you activate your license and about once a day after that, the app sends your license key and a random device label to our license server, which checks it with Creem.
Export count for refunds: during the first 7 days after purchase, each Creator export sends your license key to our server, which stores the number of exports and the dates. We use it only to apply our Refund Policy and to answer payment disputes. Counting stops after 7 days or 11 exports.

4. Hosting and other providers

Cloudflare hosts the website and our license server. Like any web host it processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
Google Fonts provides the fonts on our website, so your browser connects to Google's servers when it loads them.
Email: if you write to us, we keep your messages to answer you.

These providers may process data outside Brazil, with the safeguards required by the LGPD (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados).

5. Why we can process it

To provide the service you bought (contract), to meet legal and tax obligations, and for our legitimate interest in preventing fraud and refund abuse.

6. How long we keep it

Export counts and license data are kept while your license exists and for up to 12 months after it ends, to handle refunds and disputes. Order data is kept for as long as tax law requires.

7. Your rights

Under the LGPD, and the GDPR if you are in the EU, you can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, or object to how we use it. Email hello@ballgobounce.com and we'll answer within 15 days. You can also complain to the Brazilian data protection authority (ANPD) or your local authority.

8. Changes

If we change this policy we'll update this page and its date. Significant changes will be announced on the website.
